Whew! We’re just 10 days out from the Iowa Safe Routes to School Annual meeting on January 24 from 0830-1000 am at the Iowa Events center and we want you to attend.

We understand that weather can be quite dicey towards the end of January, so if you’re unable to make it to Des Moines…you’ll still be able to be a part of learning about the best practices of Walking School Buses across the state. We will be utilizing Google Hangouts Air. Our video coverage will be available through Youtube. Click the links below to both register online and obtain the Youtube link!

As a reminder about our speakers… we will have three guest speakers starting off our meeting. Beginning at 915 am, you’ll be the guest speakers as we discuss our personal Walking School Bus Programs, describing what worked and what hasn’t worked. This is the perfect networking opportunity.

No two communities are similar and every community needs something different as they build their sustainable Walking School Bus Programs.
